You must agree to our General Terms and Conditions.

By purchasing a Shell from "Phurix" you are automatically entering into a contract and are subject to the following terms and condictions.

What we must do:

• Provide the service subject to the contract.

What you must do:

• Agree to our General Terms and Conditions.
• Agree to the shell box rules
  1. Do not exceed your limits and quota.
  2. Do not get us DDoSed or DoS from us.
  3. Do not carry illegal files (Warez, Serials, Cracks, Keygens, mp3s, etc).
  4. Do not tamper with system files or other users files.
  5. Do not run or carry exploits (Any bugs or holes MUST be reported).
  6. Do not abuse the motd/rules of IRC servers.
  7. Do not give out your login details of your shell.
  8. Do not make too many connections from one background.
  9. Any illegal activity or abuse will be reported.
  10. Do not do anything stupid
• Keep up payments on your account.
• Make sure your name and contact details on your account are accurate.
• Keep your username and password confidential.

You must not resell any of our shell services unless you have purchased a reseller account.

Quality Of Service Notice

Although we will make our best effort to provide reliable and uninterrupted services, due to the nature of this service it is not guaranteed. Phurix will not be responsible for any damages a service interruption may cause to the client.

Uplink Provider Terms and Conditions

Our Shell services are subject to the legal documents of our uplink provider ("Nildram").

Failure to comply with our terms and conditions may lead to your service being suspended or terminated without notice or refund. Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice.
