Our SLA agreement between you the customer and us the service provider is here so that we uphold an acceptable level of service.

Uptime

We have a high performance network with multiple redundant connections allowing us to offer a 99.9% SLA. Our data center suite boasts a 100% power SLA.

Money Back Guarantee

As you would expect with any product or service, we offer a 14 day money back guarantee (providing it isn't against our terms and conditions).

Customer Support

We provide support via email, helpdesk tickets, live messenger, internet relay chat and phone.

All support tickets will be delt with within the same day, the majority of which are delt with within an hour of receiving them.

However if you don't get a reply straight away we do ask that you please allow 24 hours for a reply, or attempt to contact us via live methods and direct us to your ticket.

Your ticket will remain open until we reply to it, you will never be ignored or remain unanswered.
